I found your recipe through Pinterest and I was immediately intrigued (my word for drooling). I tried to make these today and I boiled the mixture for 5 minutes like the directions state but as soon as I put the Biscoff in the hot mixture it immediately turned into a crumbly mess and I couldn’t even attempt to stir in the oats. I was wondering did I do something wrong? I make the PB/chocolate NB cookies all the time and I have never had the PB do that. I have never used Biscoff before so I thought maybe it was just the combo of a different ingredient. Any thoughts?

Hmm… well, I’m not sure as that wasn’t the case for me. You might try boiling the mixture for only 3 or 4 minutes before adding the biscoff spread. Or you may try adding the oats first, so if the mixture begins to hard you are pretty much ready for it. But again, this wasn’t the case for me when I’ve made them so I’m not sure why yours acted this way. Good luck!
